HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

This place does not take early arrivals! They only load/unload on schedule. Check in apon arrival, dock, unhook from trailer and bobtail to staging area by receiving door. They call you when your trailer is ready. The docks are spacious and relatively easy. The restrooms are located inside the warehouse. The staff is pleasant. Time in dock was 2 1/2 hours.

So My paperwork says 9am delivery get to this place on time per paperwork delivery time that is stated and now told delivery was at 7am! Show them what I have as for the time of delivery and now they won't take the load until Friday, The receiver are vary rude and told me to get of the property or have my truck towed , I was trying to let brokers know the situation so it could be handled properly ! So if you ever have to deliver here confirm the appointment time the shippers. Never will I come back here.. They deserve no stars..

Very fast unloading. 4 AM to 12 PM appointments only; no overnight parking. When you get a door assignment, you must drop and hook to be unloaded.

David Gutierrez does an excellent job, I had an emergency where I needed an appliance the next day and he had noticed on that day that it wasn't going to come in so he took it upon himself to go pick it up and make sure it was delivered to us the day it was promised. Thanks David!

I have the utmost respect and confidence in this company. Their Customer Service is exemplary and they stand by their products 100%. I could literally write a book on my experience, but suffice it to say I will use them anytime and anyplace. Proud to be a customer.
