We were having issues with our fireplace and Jessi was incredibly helpful. She helped us to resolve our issue. She was respectful, very informative and professional. I would highly recommend this company not only for their products but also for their concern for customer satisfaction. 10 stars.

Excellent service from Hector, Josh, and Abe! My electric fireplace had a faulty wire connection, and they patiently checked every connection until they found the problem. They quickly repaired it and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend.

I called Hearth & Fireplace creations when my fireplace was giving me some issues. They referred me to another company to solve my problems who turned out to be terrible. I ended up having multiple other companies look at the issue, all of whom gave similar opinions that directly contradicted this gentleman’s. He provided no real help and did nothing to actually solve the problem. Overall, a frustrating experience and a poor recommendation. They should be far more careful and knowledgeable about who they’re referring.

I had an old wood burning fireplace converted to gas 15 years ago and finally decided it was time to get a 'log set'. I wanted something contemporary. Brittany at Hearth & Fireplace Creations was awesome. She knew just what to order and helped with the glass selections as well. I am so pleased. It looks better than expected. Even my husband said it looked better than he would have ever expected! Brittany recommended installation by Daniel Price Gas (Dan THE Gas Man) who did a great job as well. Love it when a plan works out and everyone provides excellent service. Thanks so much for all your help! I'll definitely be back when its time for the fireplace installation on the patio next year. :)
