What impressed me the most was his knowledge of the HVAC profession. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my system. His character really stood out through his demeanor—he was informative, caring, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just making a sale. His honesty was refreshing and honestly so impressive that it made me wish I could have paid him more for the service. This is the first time I have ever worked with an HVAC company where I truly felt the technician had my best interests at heart. We wanted a Mini-Split in our garage. Daikin Mini-Splits are the best. Pros Heating & Air did a phenomenal job. Very professional, thorough and takes pride in their work. We highly recommend Adam and his crew.

I had a excellent experience with Pros Heating & Air Conditioning. My blower motor went out and Adam came over to work on my AC unit and did a maintenance check and left me with a piece of mind. All is in working order and at a fair price. No over selling and was very professional. My old AC guy just recently retired. I will be using Pros Heating & Air Conditioning for any future repairs.

A/C quit working on Sunday and Adam came to the house to diagnose the problem. He gave us a number of options to consider what was best. He was very specific and answered all of my questions, provided me with an estimate and time to complete the project.
