Children in Crisis is a non profit Foster Care fascility, we had 2 garage doors at 2 seperate occasions that were in great need of repair, and this amazing company, from Jason Smith who set up the appointment, he was curtious and kind, so proffesional and came to our rescue so quickly! The most manurely kind people work at this company. Josh Barnhart is the Tech that we were blessed enough to get both times, and the first door was exstremely difficult Josh was like a Ninja! He never gave up! His knowledge of his job was amazing, I could write a book on how wonderful his work ethics are, and the second job was went just as amazing, I feel we got really blessed when we found Overhead doors of North West Fl.! Look no further you will not find a more ethical, caring and knowledgeable Company

The spring on my garage door snapped and Jeremiah and Darnell had my door functioning and spring changed out in less than 45 minutes! I had a great experience from start to finish, including Carey scheduling my appointment and understanding my urgency. I highly recommend!

After looking at several reviews we decided to have Overhead Door in ValP come up and check our loud garage door. Josh was here on time and got to work. Things sounded better a short while later. After he gave us some additional guidance he was on his way. Price was as advised. These guys know what they are doing and are great. We will call them again.

Great service and communication! I received a call the day before the repairs were to be made letting me know the time the service tech would be arriving and another call from the technician Josh approx 30 minutes before he arrived. Josh was super friendly and very good at what he does. He wasted no time getting started and completed s the repairs a lot faster than I expected. Highly recommend!

Contacted them for a price for 3 12'x12' roll up doors and got an estimate which was very competitive. I offered to pay up front or put down a deposit to hold the estimated price. Decided to use them for the purchase and installation. The building was still under construction and took several months to complete. Upon completion the sales person came out to take exact measurements. I was told there may be a price increase. Got an email later that day and the price increased by over $2,000. She advised I may qualify for addition discounts. I advised that I had offered to pay up front and would not pay more than the estimated cost. Never heard from her again. Pretty sure this was a bait and switch tactic. Went with another company out of Milton and got the same package for $400 less than the
