John Coil, the owner of Heartland Foundation Repair, is easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. he didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. He was highly recommended by the structural engineer Who inspected our house, and now we see why. This structural engineer, also used John Coil‘s company for his own foundation work.

Heartland Foundation Repair was fantastic to work with for our foundation repairs. John is incredibly knowledgeable and helped answer all our questions. He scheduled us very quickly and his team was extremely professional. They were always on time, polite, and did a great job of cleaning up each day and locking everything up/turning off the lights each night.

Their price was close to others I received for the basement foundation repair. I decided to go with Heartland Foundation Repair becuase of the level of detail they provided about they would do the work. The communicated well to set up appointment, and the work was done in the time expected, they cleaned up the whole area when they left.

John was professional from start to finish. It took a while to decide who would do our foundation work; he stayed in contact and was ready to answer any questions we had. He was knowledgeable about options that other companies were suggesting and was genuine in making us feel that he had our best interest in mind. His team was conscientious about keeping the work area as dust free as possible and after cleanup you hardly knew anyone had been at work. Project (correctly re-spacing existing piers, installing new piers, installing water channel and barrier wall.) Work completed withing the projected time frame and when there was a slight finishing issue, John was right there to make sure it was corrected. Had insurance man in, his response was, "Wow, whoever did this did a really good job!" T

John quickly diagnosed the problem. and repairs were timely and the rate was reasonable. Corey who did the repairs was pleasant and knowlegeable.
