Super nice. Contacted Heath Electric on a Friday. They were given my service through my Home Warranty company. I was told I would be the first ones Monday morning. Al called me and said they were on their way. I live in Virginia Beach and they are on the Eastern Shore. They figured out my circuit breaker to my hot water heater was bad and replaced it. They were professional and friendly. Recommend them whole heartedly.

I think people who are leaving bad reviews are the ones who got messed up through the home warranty scheduling process. Nothing to to with the service provider. My experience with this company has been amazing. Took me some time to get someone out (not Heath Electrical fault). Once the person was out here, he knew exactly what was going on and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough. They are super busy because of how good and honest they are. Would recommend to family and friend.

Klaus and his team did a wonderful job for us in replacing our two zone HVAC system. Everyone on his team was very nice and professional, and the quality of their work is excellent. A lot of the work was very difficult due to the tight space under the house. Everything was cleaned up well afterwards. He explained the work with us ahead of time and always gave us options. This is the third job that he did for us - the last two were a hot water heater replacement and electrical meter box replacement. His team was dependable - on time and always completed the work they said they would. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

Came out to Virginia to visit my PREGNANT sister and her husband. A week prior she had called this company recommended from her warranty company. ONE WEEK later they called back. So Friday I’m here waiting for them to come fix the heater, Michael was very nice and called, let me know when they would be here. Finally, Klaus or whatever his name is started going around the house, and asked if he could go in garage, he then states he’s looking for a ladder, he asked if I could go ask a neighbor for one and I said absolutely not, and asked if he should have a ladder himself, and then complained about us not having one. Then once he was leaving he tried charging us an extra 90$ on top of the 100$ deductible. For access since we didn’t have a ladder.... We laughed and said absolutely not. So he

Our geothermal system stopped working on 7/17/19 late in the evening, right at the beginning of a heat wave! We called our Home Warranty company (HMS), who put us in contact with Mr. Heath. While he wasn't able to fit us in for a same day appointment he was able to accommodate us first thing the following morning. He's very knowledgeable about geothermal systems and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Our particular issue was not covered by our Home Warranty, which he was transparent about; however, his rates were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
