I called Laux heating to have my boiler serviced before winter. Eric was very responsive. When I left message, he called me back in a timely manner. He worked with my scheduled to accommodate appointment. He serviced boiler giving it a tune up. He noticed a damaged part and put it on order. Eric communicated with we while I was waiting to have part installed. Eric returned to install part. He showed at time scheduled and got boiler up and running. I would definitely recommend Laux Heat and air. Reasonable pricing and good communication and service.

As another recent reviewer mentioned, I called a couple of times to try and schedule repair service, left a message, never got a call back.

Excellant! Laux was very helpful when I reached out regarding our AC not working. I was able to get an appointment within a day or two. They showed up on time and were very professional and nice. All work done cleanly. I actually called a few days later for another issue and they arrived within a hour or 2! Amazing. Super reasonable prices.

I called this contractor 3 times and left messages for service on my mini split and NEVER received a call back. Very disappointed. Would give him zero stars if I could.

Eric is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He came, found the problem with my central air conditioning unit. He had the unit working in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Eric!! I definitely would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
