Google Readers, Scott and his son did an outstanding job on my septic tank and turkey mound-professional, thorough, and super efficient! They cleaned up perfectly and left everything better than I expected. Veteran operated, both of Scott son’s served and are continuing serving our military. Give them a call especially any locals to get an estimate. You won’t be disappointed.

Septic Medic always come on time and do a great job. You can always get a hold of them and they will always call you back. They are also fairly priced and can work with your schedule. Very courteous and prompt.

I moved into my home almost 3 yrs ago and could not locate the septic clean out lid or cover. Medic was the 3rd company I had called. Scott took almost 1/2 hr over the phone explaining how to locate it and how it would save money if we had to dig it up. His time, personality and fairness is why I chose Medic. When I called back 3 days later to say we found it, Scott said they could be here in 1/2 hr. His son was here on time and he also took the time to explain how our specific system works and tips to keep it working smoothly. I am so grateful to have found and will continue to use them for my septic needs. I highly recommend Septic Medic. Great job guys! :)

In February, I contacted Scott from Septic Medic to pump and inspect my new home's septic system. He promised to call me when the ground softened but never did. I called him again in June/July, and he apologized, promising to call after his trucks returned from the shop. Again, no call. When a foul smell appeared in August, I called him a third time. Scott promised to be at my home the next day at 8 a.m., saying I was his first appointment. He called at 8:14 a.m. to say he'd be late, and his employee finally arrived after 12:35 p.m. My general contractor and I explained the system was clogged and needed to be snaked, but Scott's employee disagreed. Disappointing experience. After several conversations to set up an appointment, there was no follow-through. Reliability and communication were lacking. I would not recommend.
