Heating and Air Conditioning

Had a service call for no heat during our recent extreme cold, the gentleman came as soon as he could (next day). He informed me my system is very old and will likely need replacing soon, but that he could probably fab something up to get me going at least through the season. So far so good about a week later my heat has been working *knock on wood*. Price was very fair and I definitely would recommend them to anyone that asks!

I called Don's at 8am and he showed up at 8:20 am. Had the part I needed on hand. Finished within 1/2 an hour. Best service ever!! I have air conditioning again.

The guy they sent to my mom's home this morning spoke so rudely to her. We had an HVAC guy volunteer to fix her air for free but was not sure how to complete the task so we called in these guys. The person that came out exaggerated that he wasn't going to start a project that 5 other people have worked on and he was just not going to get in the middle of it. Ok if you're not capable of doing it fine but no reason to speak down or condescend to my mother who would have happily paid well for you to undertake the project. We will never again attempt to patronize this business and recommend that others seek a company with better customer service and communication skills.
