My 2003 furnace stopped working. Heating And Air Experts answered my call on Sunday (I was going to just leave a message since I didn't expect they work on Sunday!) and they immediately sent Sami to my house. He was simply great...professional, knowledgeable, thorough. He diagnosed the issue, replaced two parts, and did maintenance. My furnace is up running again now. Very productive! I definitely recommend them.

My downstairs furnace stopped working last night. This morning I tried everything Google Gemini suggested from a DIY and realized gas valve was not working. Call Heating and Air Experts to schedule a repair. Sent them the model number and they provided a quote (a bit pricy on the part cost, but I guess that's how it works). The HVAC tech who came home was Abe. A very gentle and honest person and felt comfortable working with him. He knows what he is doing. He quickly swapped out the gas valve and then suggested to swap the controller board (both were 27 years old). He ran through my options with rough quotes and I decided to go with replacing the valve and to also have a routine maintenance performed to make sure everything else was good order.
