Heavenly Cool Appliance Repair

My refrigerator stopped cooling and was still under warranty with LG. I had been without a refrigerator for 4 days because LG kept sending my dispatch to a company that didn't service my area. I was provided the contact information for Heavenly Cool. The representative was so nice and soooo helpful!! She called LG for me and had them send her the dispatch. They were able to send a tech out same day and replace the compressor. Because of her I didn't have to go without a refrigerator for another day. Very helpful and quick resolve!!

LG customer service sent out Heavenly Cool Appliance Repair to fix my broken LG refrigerator and they did not disappoint. They came out the same day they called (2 days after I called LG) and replaced the compressor in less than a few hours. They even called two times after the repair was completed to check on the satisfaction of the repair.

Once I was put in touch with Heavenly Cool, I think the service went very well. However, it took LG one week to locate a company that would service my area. ( I was about 3 hours away from HC). After located, HC contacted me and then ordered needed parts. That took another 3-5 days for them to arrive. Dana and Karen ( from customer service) worked hard to get me on the schedule as soon as possible, for which I was very thankful. They tried to keep me informed along the way. The technician was right on time and replaced the compressor and cleaned the coils in about 1.5 hrs. He was thorough and efficient. He did a good job. I would definitely recommend Heavenli Cool’s services. My service was covered under the LG warranty,

Dealing w LG is challenging at best as they force you to use their text app, didn’t work well for me. But LG did cover repair per warranty. Heavenly Cool got it working in tight deadline & also repairing our backup GE fridge (needed parts). Thank you HC Mike S

After the LG repair was submitted I had to call over 10 times to get an answer. The lady on the phone was polite. I was given a repair time from 10-2. At 1:30 and not hearing anything I called 8 times and got an answer and was told the repairman hit morning traffic and would be late and they would have him call me. At 3:30 after hearing nothing I called another 8 times and got an answer for them to tell me he would be there in 30 mins. At 4:20 he called and said he was on his way. He showed up and seemed rushed and a little mad he had to come. I was told there would be a diagnostic check which he looked at the fridge for less than 5 mins. Hastily replaced the compressor with tools that were less than OSHA compliant. Missing plugs, using stripped wires to plug stuff into outlets etc. 1 week
