We have hot water. Yippee. Same day service. Joey B. was great. Not just saying that. He handled setup and clean up admirably. He immediately called his office with concerns over the water pressure on our well system. He was even concerned over a loose brick on my front stoop and try to do a workaround and use a side door to avoid doing any other damage. Good job.

On the coldest day of the year our 10 year old, 75 gallon water heater started leaking. Called the number on the side of the unit and earliest they could come out was next day. Spoke to Andy at Heiden plumbing minutes after, he sent Kori out and we were back in business diagnosed, replaced and all cleaned up in under 2 hours. Using Heiden is like buying an insurance program for your home or business: When you need emergency service - they’ll be there. Once, our household heat broke down at 8:40 PM on Christmas Eve. We had a house full of sleepover guests, including very old grandparents and two newborn babies, on a freezing cold winter night. Heiden was there. They’ve been there for us, and we’re here now for them.

We had a backed up sewer line that 2 other companies were unable to completely clear. One of the previous companies suggested it was caved in and likely needed a full lateral repair. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion from Heiden because they were able to clear the line of roots (which were actually the issue, not a collapse) and save me a ton of money and a huge headache. Adam and Jason were both so kind and informative, letting me watch the whole time and ask questions along the way. As a first time homeowner, I feel much more confident in what my options are if we ever run into sewer issues in the future. Thank you!
