Recently moved to Milwaukee from Chicago. Terrible customer service. My employer has an account with this company and several other wholesalers. First of all, the woman answering the phone has the most unprofessional phone voice I have ever heard. Go ahead and give them a call and I guarantee you will swear you are calling a 1-900 number. Totally unprofessional. Stopped in to pick up my order and it was wrong, and the woman who filled it was the same person that I spoke to when placing the order, and do be polite...the voice does not match the person. Just saying. My advice: double check your order before leaving. Also, nobody at this company was wearing a mask and one of their employees was recovering from Covid. Been doing business with them for years and I am always welcomed with open arms every day! They know me well and I have gotten to know them personally too! Always have what i need and always professional and helpful!

I love this place so much all bad reviews are most likely untrue! I can tell you i am a long time customer and there is a big reason i have been working with this company for the past 27 years!!! Keep up the good work guys!!! Also kayla i think that is her name is without a doubt the best employee they have! Now dont get me wrong, everyone there is amazing but i love how kayla goes above and beyond!!! I 100000% recommend working with Heider & Bott!!!

I have been going to this place for my employer since 2011, they have always been professional and courteous, and have done their best to fill orders even on very short notice for emergencies, always professional and polite and usually in a very good mood, especially if you come in with one,

Called for a quote and the lady who answered was extremely rude, and snotty. Immediately hung up and took my business elsewhere. Based on the reviews I see I'm not the only one who's experienced rudeness here.
