Where do I start? First the estimator came out and was very professional and very courteous. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I got the estimate and it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. They were the 4th company I had out to give me an estimate. They blew the other company's prices out of the water. And the warranty they give is out of this world. Of course a shigle warranty but also a craftsmanship warranty. And not just the 1 or 2 year, way beyond that. The only thing I didn't like was how far out they were on scheduling, but as I found out they are very good at what they do and the price was awesome, so I understand why they are scheduled out so far. From the first time I contacted Helm Construction for a quote on a new roof, it has been a wonderful experience. Honesty, integrity, customer centric, fair pricing (great as far as I am concerned), commendable work ethic and delivering on the product as presented. They did everything possible, and went the extra mile, in trying to accommodate my schedule because I was leaving for Brazil for missions. They did an excellent job, very professional and made sure everything was throughly cleaned up when they left. From start to finish, Helm Construction made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and professional. Cory and Alex in the office were incredibly helpful with the estimate and scheduling. They were always quick to respond and easy to work with. Cody walked me through everything I needed to know and helped make sure my insurance company stayed in the loop and was satisfied the whole way through. At first, I honestly thought Helm’s pricing sounded too good to be true. We had just had a bad experience with another construction company, so I was pretty hesitant and did a lot of research before moving forward. From the beginning, Helm just felt different. They were really communicative, straightforward about pricing, and stayed on top of everything. I never felt out of the loop. The roofing crew was hardworking and professional, and they did a great job. The production manager even called every few hours with updates — even though I was home the whole time. I really appreciated the consistent communication. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’m glad we chose them.

I had the best price by THOUSANDS. They did better work than ANY company w quality and material. They had my whole roof done w new wood by 1230. In one day they ate After they finished. Not one person made a bother but they were all awesome guys. Good people, best product and materials and the best results. Not one issue. This is maybe the only company not killing people for 1000s extra. And they Nailed the estimate ! They deserved tipped and they deserve this REAL rating. Don’t even waste time getting other estimates and they beat the ahmish by about 3200 sooo
