Help at Home

This company by far has been great for my family member. We have never had to question thieves, neglect, NOTHING! One of our favorite aides is name is Ashley and she always is so nice, caring and always willing to bring smiles and laughs for her clients. Truly one of a kind! If your looking into home care this is a great choice we sure are pleased we choose them.

Help at home is a great caring place! Ashley is always so quick to assist with a great personality! The nurses are always taking their jobs seriously and are there to help when we need them! We have great clients as well and when you add great clients and caring staff you get a great team !!

Help at home is a wonderful place to work. They work with your schedule and understand personal life events come up. Ashley Johnson is a phenomenal mentor. She was very helpful throughout my time with help at home.

The health aides and nurses are friendly and personable, but the attendant care side is completely unreliable. They've missed at least 4 visits so far, one of which made me miss an appointment for physical therapy. After the office assured me it would never happen again, no one showed up again the following Monday. There is a general lack of communication in the office regarding scheduling that has left me without an aide for help with a shower more than once. If the office could get their act together, I'd say it's a good company, but right now, I'd say look elsewhere.

Love this Company! Love working with the people and clients. They are good about getting things done and helping each other out. The clients are great to work around and making them smile.
