Mike, Chaz, Keith and the rest of the crew were so amazing and helpful during a very stressful situation when our house flooded. They came out right away and immediately got to work to fix our house in a timely and efficient matter. HELP did a fantastic emergency remediation job of cleaning up our basement after it flooded during a heavy rain storm with a long power outage in Souderton. Mike, Keith and Chaz (of the Fedele family) responded to the emergency call and were on top of what needed to be done in order to minimizing damage and keep rebuilding costs as low as possible. They had all of the knowledge and tools to get the job done the right way - the first time.

I appreciate their background and knowledge with the insurance claims process. I felt like I could trust them knowing there were currently three generations active in the business!
