Matt with Hendricks Heating Air Conditioning did a fantastic job of cleaning our A/C system and ductwork. He was very professional, neat and organized. He took the time to clearly explain the process, i.e. how long it would take, when the A/C was going to be turned off, etc. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and we can already tell what a difference that makes. Tech was very young and inexperience. Probably fresh out of tech school. He used a grill lighter to light my furnace. A major No No could of blown up the house. I had wife and kids there at the time.
