Got scammed out of $150. He had to come twice to my house to “fix” the problem and was late both times. Stated he would be there early in the morning but didn’t show up until 5:30pm. He told me my heat pump wasn’t working properly and he bypassed the regular heat to use emergency heat. He stated he would “be back in the summer” to fix my heat pump…he broke my attic door before he left and turns out he’s not even certified. When I arrived home the next afternoon nothing on my HVAC system was working. Ended up getting a CERTIFIED technician where he informed us there wasn’t anything wrong with our heat pump. He had the whole thing up and running in less than an hour. Long story short, DO NOT use Henry’s!

Very unprofessional over the phone. Extremely late to the point I told them not to come at all. That’s what you do. Get online and try to push the attitude problem back on the customer that called and woke you up 2 hours after you were scheduled to be there. Then acted like I had the audacity to wake you. I had no attitude over the phone because I needed help. It’s called accountability man. Or did they not teach you that when you got your license?

Mr. Henry has bailed me out on 2 occasions now. Both times i called for one of the AC units on my house, he showed up the same day, even into the late evening! He has the best pricing in the Magnolia area by far. You are an honest, hard working person and you earned a life long customer from my family. Thank you for what you do! Matt & Rebecca.

We called about our outside unit not cutting on and within a few hours they were able to come out and get it fixed! Best pricing we found locally in Magnolia! So thankful for their service!

He did an excellent job on getting our air back going on the weekend. He was very professional and great prices
