Service tech was courteous and prompt. No issues with him, he said we were to get a replacement appliance since replacement parts exceeded his $ allotment and would be receiving a call within 24/48 hours from 11/14/23 at 11:30 am. Been 4 days with no more response.
Replacement of Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Technician prompt, polite, knowledgeable. Very pleased.
