My AC went out while the heat index was 103. They were nice, showed up fast and had it fixed in no time. I've called them before and will definitely do so again.
SASS Co always responds in a timely manner , very polite and professional and fix what ever issues I have had with my AC .
Suggested I buy an inexpensive component that was probably my problem. I spent $16 when I could have spent much more. This part solved my problem and saved me hundreds of dollars.
If you don’t do air duct cleaning then why have it listed on your website? Also why be rude and hang up on someone for asking since it literally is listed?
Poor customer service. Not sure what changed but not as good as they once were
