First, the initial project manager threatened to get his "street homies" to attempt to settle a financial dispute. H.E.P. did not have the expertise or resources to complete our job. Including our finishes, this was well over a $300k renovation. It included a basement excavation and complete gut. The building process was delayed severely by the lack of understanding for the structural engineering process. This cost us extra money for each site visit and set the project back into the pandemic. The workers informed us that time was wasted on HAND DIGS before securing the proper excavation vehicle. Mr. Saub, Mr.Khokhar and Ms. Denise Taylor provided great customer service in addressing the problems and doing extra by painting my front porch and railings. I'm pleased with the results and impressed by their commitment to great customer service.
