Hired for a job and he showed up to clean the carpet and didn’t have a ladder so he said he’d go back. I text him no response and than he didn’t even do the vents cause he don’t have the right tools. No help at all. Ghosted us! Go with Gordon in Ellsworth much better and polite.

We were so grateful that Austin was able to squeeze us in last minute for carpet cleaning. Our carpets look amazing, I was able to watch the magic happen and saw the "old" and "new" carpet side by side! Ish! We needed this more than we thought! The whole process was super quick and he was super knowledgeable and honest! Would definitely recommend this company. I feel so much better having my infant daughter roll around on clean carpet! Honesty and integrity! I asked Austin to come and clean my carpets and clean the ducts on my new house. When he arrived he inspected the ducts and told me they didn't need the cleaning, and pointed out why, and what to look for when considering whether or not you need your ducts cleaned. He could have easily just cleaned them and charged me, but he didn't. He was really responsive when I needed to setup the original appointment, and later when I needed to confirm the time. He called me to say he was running a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. I'll recommend him to anyone who asks.

First time using this company. Very pleased with the stain removal on carpet and grout/tile cleaning. Austin was professional and pleasant to have in the house.
