Pechacek's General Contracting installed a new roof on our home recently and we couldn't be more pleased with entire process. Brian came to our house and discussed different options for our roof and provided us with a quick estimate of the work to be performed. They we extremely competitive compared to several other roofers in the River Falls area. We were interested in seeing a few different color options, so Rose provided us with several addresses of homes near us so we could see the actual shingles installed. Once we decided on a color, the new roof was installed within a few weeks. The installers were very mindful of the tear-off process and covered all of the shrubs and areas where debris might fall. My opinion is based on an ongoing situation we are dealing with. The company representative was fabulous when we met to talk about our project. They got us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. The work crew was professional, worked quickly but thoroughly, and we are pleased with the roof that was installed. The price was very fair. However, we contracted for gutters and siding to be installed as well as a roof. Unfortunately, despite many attempts to reach the representative we have been working with, we have had no updates on where we are on the second part of our project. We have been trying for 4 months to have somebody familiar with our project contact us. We feel pretty disappointed in the customer service. We had hail damage on my house. Roof, siding and gutters needed repair or replacement. I chose Pechacek because they were local, good feedback from neighbors, and because Chris told me they could help with all three needs. Their roof quote was a little higher but I was ok because I believed they would see all of it through. They even expedited my roof repair because I would be underinsured until it was done. They did a fine job on my roof. Crew was timely, cleaned up well and they seemed to have done great work! Also, the office followed up with insurance to be sure I got the best settlement. This would have been a five star review, however like others have indicated, I was ghosted when it came to gutter and siding repair. I asked about it several times. I was led on or ignored. Brian was so honest and helpful from the very beginning. The bid was very reasonable. His crew did a fantastic job on the new roofing and did our whole house in a day. The cleanup was done so well I had nothing to pickup. From beginning to end, this company is very professional, hard working, and cares for the customer.
