St. Croix Lawn Maintenance

Just had my 7500 sf yard Aerated and overseeing. So impressed with this service. Let me explain. Cost for renting a aerator for 2 hours is $50. You have to go get it bring it home then spend 1.5 hours beating yourself up, then bring it back within the 2 hour window. Next you need to purchase a good quality grass seed that will cover 8000 sf , cost $180. Total cost is around $230 plus your exhausted. This service was cheaper than doing it myself and with much better results. The machine punches the hole in your lawn and drops the grass seed into or near the hole for best seed to ground contact. So impressed, we will do this again next year. I will post a video also.

Blake is a nice guy, but his follow through is not good. Blake hydroseeded my lawn last year. After the initial install, he kept saying he was going to come back out and check. He never did. As part of the contract, he was going to come in the fall to overseed. He never did. I've called and texted, first got lots of excuses, now have had zero response in months. Sure seems like he got his money and ran. Part of the paid-in-full contract is unfulfilled, so seems like I need to get legal counsel? I'd prefer not to do that, so give me a call Blake. Make this right.

I highly recommend this business. I can’t speak enough good of how pleased I am with the work that was done. I originally thought I could do the landscaping myself but I soon realized that wasn’t happening. I gave them a call and Blake was quick to help me from start to finish. The customer service that was shown was bar none. He sent me a photo of what the finished project would look like ( I really liked that). The price given was very reasonable and I would call them again in a heartbeat if needed. I attached the photo of the design with how bad it looked before and the finished product. I was also now able to create a memorial for my beloved pet that I always wanted.

I would recommend for aeration and overseeing services. We’ve had good results for our high dog traffic areas and overall health of law from fall areation/overseeding services.

Blake did a good job aerating and overseeding of my lawn. He provided very good recommendation of preparing before and after the overseeding. The price is very reasonable and the job is very through, will use again next year.
