Rented a machine and it was broken . The company knew it was broken and refused to refund
I got heatstroke while riding my motorcycle and pulled over to their storefront to cool down, they came out to check on me and made sure I had plenty of water, probably saved my life. great people.
Me "can I pick it up now"? Them : "sorry you have to have an account with us to rent and that would take a day or two to set up". Lost business for some paperwork. Went right up the street and found one same day, made an account at the desk and picked up same day.
I forgot my key for a piece of equipment in another town. They were able to get me out of a bind. Awesome customer service!!
