Herc Rentals

Hercs had me out to detail their 2 delivery tractor trailers, and they were super nice, communicative, and overall just extremely great people. And the equipment is top notch! These delivery trucks are ready to serve you!

Eric and Chuck took great care of me. Got me the equipment I needed. During the rental the track came off the Bob cat and they got someone out very quickly to fix the problem. I would certainly make any more rentals I need with them

If I could rate it lower I would. Manager Brad Ledbetter would not even let me explain what the issue was with the lift I rented (dead battery). He automatically assumed I was fishing for a refund and told me "I will give you a refund but I don't really have to" which I never asked for. I had to purchase battery for it over the weekend for a job that had to be done. The after hours and weekend prompts on the automated phone system for HERC needs to be much better. When I rented the equipment the guys behind the counter never mentioned what to do/who to call if there were any issues.

Good people. They stand behind their equipment and work with you if something goes sideways on your end too. I REALLY like that they don't play a recording telling you how important your call is . Somebody actually ANSWERS THE PHONE! They seem to be more oriented to contractors, so don't call looking for wedding stuff or a bounce house. THAT stuff is right close by at Alabama Rentals, also good folks.
