Hercules Movers

The worst experience ever. My stuff was in their storage for 9 months as I was in the process of moving to another state. Each month I paid $300 for it. When it was finally delivered to my new home, we received a big mess. An expensive coffee table was in shambles and so were other items, such as numerous dishes, china, souvenirs, picture frames. The sofa was delivered only on the second attempt. 4 boxes including various items such as tools, very important personal items, all custom jewelry that was packed in there were lost and never were recovered. The piano bench was never received either. I made many phone calls, submitted photos of broken items, but to no avail. It gave us such a mental stress that is still lingering. Unforrtunately a very bad experience for me since ownership changed. Damaged furniture, lost articles, broken ceramics, AND MONEY STOLEN FROM MY PURSE. It cost me $4,500 to repair the damage, the money was never retrieved and I keep finding broken things 7 months later. Oh and the insurance company I was referred to offered me $50 for the damages. I would not recommend this mover to anyone.
