I have used Heritage Mechanical Services for 15+ years. Their work is always top quality and completed on time. They have performed a variety of services on my properties. They have made many repairs and upgrades for me over the years. For example they replaced my old central A/C system with a new energy efficient system that resulted in noticeably lowering my monthly electric bills (I have tracked my monthly electrical consumption since owning my home). John Comly is my go-to person regardless of what work I need done on my home or rental property. He is always quick to respond and if his current commitments make that not possible or I need a service that he does not provide then he always will provide a referral to a quality alternative contractor.

We call John owner of Heritage Mechanical for service on our whole-home generator. We have a Kolher generator an it had stop working an it was time for the yearly inspection. They put us on his schedule ASAP to get us back up an working. We can’t say enough about this great company wonderful team work. If you need anything electrical call John .

Mr. Saunders: Forgot to mention in his post that I the owner of Heritage Mechanical Service, spent at least 20mins with him on the phone, trying to fix his problem for free. He also did not mention that he was told we service or current customers first. Nor did he mention that we have been working out of town for past two weeks. Can’t even tell you how dissatisfied I am with this company ! Would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. Our whole house generator won’t start so I called them 17 days ago and they told me a week to 10 days to come which is typical, and I even sent a follow up to verify we were on the schedule. Last night when I spoke to the owner to verify that they were coming soon, and he told me a week to 10 days, again, which was weird, then today he told me mid June and that I should find another provider!!! What is really ironic and sad is that he was making fun of the (lack of a) work ethic here versus when he lived in NJ!!! Maybe he’s been here long enough that his business has evolved into his description of the Florida way of (not) being a quality provider! Unbelievable!!!! Do NOT trus

After coming out to solve a minor issue with my generator installation I started having electrical issues in my kitchen. Since some things in the kitchen run on the generator I assumed they were related. John came out to make sure it wasn’t related to their work (it was not their fault), told me what my likely issue was and how to have it fixed. Very knowledgeable and good service.
