I never realized how much removing a couple of walls could change everything. Herman Remodeling helped us merge the kitchen with the living area. Now, the space is open and spacious. They designed a gorgeous island with seating and storage, added new cabinets, and installed beautiful lighting. The project was smooth, and their attention to detail was impressive. We love our new kitchen.

Our upstairs bath needed everything redone. Herman Remodeling demolished the space, gave us a new layout, installed structural members, and rerouted all the plumbing and electrical. Every wall and floor was redone. Nothing was kept from the original. Passed every inspection and wrapped on time.

The kitchen was stripped down to studs. We knocked down two load-bearing walls and reframed the rear wall to add windows. Noah and Dan moved the cooktop to a central location and the sink under the window. Ductwork and electric connections were rerouted. The ceiling height was adjusted slightly for a consistent look. It took several weeks, but the process was steady. Big upgrade in both function and space.
