We bought a floor from them. Installation was so so and somewhat messy. Glue oozing. After a little over a year the floor started peeling. I called and called and called and called and called. They just kept putting me off by saying we'll call you back but never did. I know some extra wait was because of this pandemic but still...After months of waiting they did finally come out with a rep. They said they would replace the boards that are peeling. That was about two months ago maybe longer. Now more boards are peeling.I called yesterday and the guy said he'd have someone call me in an hr. No call. I just wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
