Herndon is a good guy but his customer service needs a lot of repair. Took him 3 times to repair the same pipe in my irrigation system and after trashing my driveway with his leaking work van and grinding mud all over the concrete he wouldnt clean up his mess. He's a good ol' boy who means well but didnt complete the job!

I couldn't have found another company to which I would have been treated and satisfied as much as this one; Herndon Express delivered!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND USING A MORE RELIABLE PLUMBER IF AN EMERGENCY EVER ARISES. I CALLED HERNDON PLUMBING AT 10AM AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE OUT BY 12. I THEN RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THEM SAYING IT WOULD BE ABOUT 3PM BEFORE THEY COULD GET OUT HERE. BY 4PM I STILL HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I CALLED AT 4PM AND THEY DIDNT ANSWER. I CALLED BACK AT 430PM AND FINALLY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE PLUMBER JOHN WOULD NOT BE OUT TODAY. I MANAGE APARTMENTS AND HAD A MAJOR LEAK SINCE 930AM, NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT MAKE IT OUT TO THE PROPERTY', THEY ALSO DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL AND LET ME KNOW THIS, I NOW HAVE HAD TO PUT MY RESIDENT AND HER CHILDREN IN A HOTEL ROOM FOR THE NIGHT DUE TO THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND RELIABILITY.
