Decent product, however installation was shoddy. Windows are not square, so there are large gaps at the edges of the screens. We have found bees inside our house that came in through the screen gaps. The installers tried to cover their poor-quality work with shims, but that just makes it uglier when you look close.

They were super fast on install day. I love my new windows. My home feels warmer and I can no longer hear any road noise not even the garbage truck! My doggy approves as well! The large windows are beautiful. So happy to be rid of the grid pattern. Love that windows can open left to right or vice versa. Can’t wait to see how much cooler my west facing rooms will be in the summer.

We are very happy with the siding. Kevin was polite and easy to work with. Our only complaint is with communication. We were told we would be contacted a few times before install to keep updated about the process. When we hadn't heard anything, we contacted them and found out we were already on the schedule. Luckily, it was still a week out and we were able to prepare. We had also discussed to have the installers set-up on the side of our house where they would have access to power and we would still have our driveway. Well, the installers set-up in our driveway. The job has also been complete for a few weeks and we haven't heard from Hero again. I guess they got what they wanted and we got what we wanted. But, overall, we are happy with the product and we think it looks pretty goo

We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with HERO Home and would strongly caution others before doing business with them. In August 2025, my elderly parents (both in their early 70s) signed a contract with HERO Home for a new front entry door with sidelights and paid a $10,000 deposit. The total contract price was over $20,000. The contract stated installation would occur within 8–10 weeks. That timeline came and went with no installation, no confirmed manufacturing, and no signed change order. Communication was consistently poor. We were repeatedly told someone would “get back to us,” that another employee would call, or that updates were coming — but they rarely did. At one point, HERO Home told us the originally contracted door couldn’t be made and tried to upsell

We had windows installed in our home last week, and it could not have gone smoother. From interacting with the sales rep to install, HERO was professional throughout. No mess during install, and the final product was amazing. We had multiple neighbors comment how they loved our windows within a day! Great experience, would definately use these guys again for future needs.
