Hero Plumbing Llc

Hero Plumbing lacks basic consideration and integrity. They were hired by a neighbor. They parked a bore rig on my lawn. Destroyed my grass. I sent them photos of them being on my property as well as the resulting damage. After several texts, calls, and email they never ever fixed my grass.

Very unprofessional. Bad communication. They were supposed to fix the lead pipes by my house and never did after rescheduling twice. I think they embezzled money by charging the city and not completing the work. I will eventually be calling to ensure they were not laid.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Excellent service! Hero Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services in Milwaukee.
