They are the most professional guys in the business. They’ve been doing our heating and air for 9 years now. They’ve go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Brian and Jonathan have done a lot of work for us. Very fair pricing as well. I would recommend 10/10.

DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Bought a new unit in August of 2024. Since then we have not gotten the unit to work correctly. Have had at least 10 appointments to "look at it" because it has yet to be fixed. They come look at it, do a "minute fix" and then a bit later same issues. DO NOT CALL THEM. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVERY SINGLE TIME EVEN IF IT DOESN'T EVER WORK from the time of installation. We have purchased 3 new thermostats because we kept getting told that was the issue..... That was NOT THE ISSUE AT ALL. The unit price was amazing and the guy they sent to quote the unit seemed nice and knowledgeable, so we decided to go with them. We didn't know they would make up the cost with repairs on a new unit. Not to mention, it was NEVER the same day or few days that they could work us in. With the r

Great service, fast responses, and even thorough communication, costs aren't as high as other places neither. Highly recommend Herrens!
