I dropped off my $200 dress, in its own garment bag, for dry cleaning on a Thursday, I was told it would be ready on Wednesday and they would call….No problem. I called Wednesday and was told that it wasn’t ready because the owner had other things to do.🤷♀️ Then I called Thursday afternoon and it was ready (they did not call me) I went to pick it up the dress, they put a safety pin in my $200 dress 😡. I asked why.. “because it wouldn’t stay on hanger”….I immediately took out pin and got it to stay on hanger. They did not return my garment bag. If they would have put the dress back inside garment bag with the hanger provided, no pin would have been used!! I was told the owner “got in a hurry and forgot the garment bag but would bring it on Friday”. I called Friday afternoon,
