Rosson Pools

Rossen Pools closed my pool in October, 2024. I requested then it be opened April 25, 2025, so I could host a graduation party in my backyard in May. Well, when it was uncovered this is what was found. Rossen Pool said they would return April 28 to fix it. They didn’t. I made many attempts to speak with owners and all I could get was Dana that didn’t know a thing. Then I got Emily that knew less than Dana. I let my husband takeover from there because I was frustrated with the run around. They told him it would be the 2nd week in June before they could get there. Well, the 2nd week of June come and went and nothing from Rossen. That was when we contacted someone else on June 21 and they had our pool fixed, clean, and ready in 3 days. I have referred many to Rossen Pools and I have already

Initially we had a problem and I was very upset. But Derek called me , which goes a long way in my book. It seems there was some miscommunication on both ends. Him calling and explaining makes a world of difference, it shows they do care about their customers.
