Didn't install a furnace properly and refuses to come back and fix it. I've texted and called and left several voicemails and have been left on read with no response. If you are going to come back and install it properly then I'll happily change the review

I owned multiple rental properties in Fort Lee/Edgewater/Palisades Parks. This HVAC company was recommended to me by my long-time realtor, plus I found they have done the works for one of a top builder in the area, Eric Petrone. I called the office yesterday, and the woman told me that the HVAC tech/owner will be here between 9-11 am. Its 12noon now and no shows and no calls. Called the office and left my dissatisfaction in the message. Absolutely unreliable. I should have known from the negative reviews. Don't bother with these people.

BE AWARE.. STAY AWAY.. one of their guys, Christian, also operates under a different company name, changed my furnace and coil and never finished the job. He took $7,300 and stopped responding to me. He filed a permit application under HEV GROUP LLC and never completed the permit paper work. I had to pay another contractor an additional $800 to finish that process. Christian operates under another entity named PURE LIFE HVAC LLC. Be very careful with those people they lie. STAY AWAY!!

First when I needed service, no one picked up. Left VM, but no response so I went with someone else. Then, I encountered a guy driving the company van on JFK. He was breaking lights and almost got into an accident twice - which would've been his fault but he didn't seem to care. Instead he was smirking all along and had people sitting with him. The sense of entitlement was real. Pathetic souls.

Just was cat called, honked and waved at by two men driving this company vehicle on kennedy Blvd in jersey city. It’s a shame that they both had smiles on their faces while waving at me as I exit a store. If they act like this in the streets, I wouldnt trust them behind closed doors in my home.
