Vasilii has serviced our dishwasher in the past and both of our refrigerators recently. One is an older Subzero that I was doubtful could be fully operational because it sat for a while in our driveway until we were able to have it moved inside. Vasilii came late one afternoon - I believe we were his last appointment of the day. He was so meticulous to give a thorough check up despite how late it was getting. He recharged the refrigerant and very patiently tested for any leaks. He thoroughly & patiently explained everything he had done - and how we can better care for this older refrigerator going forward. His willingness to help and advise - without rushing out the door just added more value to his already exceptional service. Thank you Vasilii!

Vasilii is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed by problem, informed me of what it would take to fix the issue. He gave me options so that I could make the decision on what was best for me. He’s honest and a man of his word. He ordered the parts and returned to complete the repair promptly. I’m thoroughly satisfied and happy with his work.
