Our Hi-Lite technician ,Ezequiel , did a great job replacing our bathroom exhaust fan, performing a whole house electrical inspection, and offering suggestions & estimates on some future work I asked him about. He has a great manner, works hard, cleans up, and keeps you informed on job progress. This was our first experience with Hi-Lite and will use them again as needed. We couldn't be happier!

The experience from beginning to end with Hi-Lite Electric was smooth. Customer service was cordial and patient with me as I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times. The technician Ezequiel was also fantastic. He was polite and explained the work that needed be done in detail. He performed three light fixture installations in my kitchen and utility room cleanly and efficiently. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate for future work related to electric outlet replacement and rewiring for my master bedroom. I also enrolled in the Advantage Club which gives me peace of mind of having one company to call moving forward and having a yearly electrical safety checkup. We really enjoyed our experience with Hi-Lite Electric. Nick B. was a great electrician. We were given a window of arrival and he arrived right at the start. He was quick, straight forward, honest, and provided a lot of insight on the issue and even offered advice on how I could fix some of the issues myself and the correct tools to use. We will definitely use Hi-Lite again in the future and request Nick specifically. Highly Recommend.

I recently used the electrical service from Hi - Lite Electric for my clinic. We need to resolve a few items before our fire inspection to keep the clinic open. Michaela from the office was very knowledgeable with what the fire inspector wants based on city codes, and was able to get an electrician on site to accommodate us. The electrician Ezequiel that came out was professional and explained to me what was going on. He was an able to get all the violations resolved at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. They do both commercial and residential.
