I reached out to this locksmith around lunch on a Sunday and asked if he could send someone to help me with my car and he was able to show up at my house within 15 min. After about 20 min of troubleshooting why my car was not detecting my key fob, he determined it wasnt the fob causing the issue and even recommended me to a mechanic he trusts. He was very honest and gave me some tips on what he thinks the problem is. I will be sending everyone who needs a locksmith his way in the future!
Isaac was so responsive and professional, this turned out to be a much better experience than I expected. I locked myself out of the house and after waiting for another locksmith that never called back, I called HI-Q Locksmith and he came within minutes. It turned out my door was just stuck and he said no charge (I gave him a little money for his time but he didn’t ask for any and he made 2 keys so it won’t happen again) Who does that anymore! He is truly a good guy and a conscientious locksmith.
Isaac was nothing short of incredible. Was there in less than 10 mins, got us in our house in less than 3. SUCH A SWEETHEART, and he’ll take care of you!!
