I had my kitchen cabinets fabricated and installed by this company end of July and am extremely disappointed in the quality. It’s not worth the 40k I paid and does not match the pictures of the owner’s portfolio. 1. The seems/edges of my matte black cabinets have noticeable white-ish edges. When Kuba-Tech installer was installing the cabinets the installer assured me it would come off before they left yet it was not taken care of. This is not the quality I was shown by the owner of his sample. 2. They took incorrect measurements and cut my cabinets around oven incorrectly causing my oven to stick out and not be flush. This also caused the bottom drawer under my oven to not be able to open the easily. 3. They left a big gap on top of my dishwasher. Once again because they took wrong meas

Who ever this is driving is just a complete ignorant person. He tired taking an exit last minute causing to break check me and other people behind me almost causing a mayor accident. Please reviews this guy driving behavior.

Stay far away from this company, especially Scott. This group took 5.5 months to install my cabinets and when they did they were installed incomplete in several areas. I had to install a custom countertop over unfinished KTI work because they failed to show up as promised and we just couldn't wait any longer. To Justify the overall length to complete my cabinets they blamed the manufacturer of the cabinet material but did not know I was in touch with the corporation who manufactures the materials I used and they said KTI simply had not ordered the materials yet. After 4.5 months I finally drove down there to make sure my cabinets were indeed at the progress they stated. I looked at 95% complete cabinets and was told you have my word, they will be installed 3 days from now. They disappear

I met with Scott Daniel onsite, without an appointment back in July. He took time to show me around and educate me on various materials and options that they provided. I then sent my plans to Scott via email. Several voicemails and emails later 2 months went by and Scott calls. We go over the details and he says he will sent me a quote. It's now October, and despite emails and calls, I have not received a quote. Looks like you have to go through a dealer instead of direct. What a shame; I try to support local.
