I’ve been a loyal customer of Hi Tech Steamer since 2015, starting in Santa Clara, CA. After moving to Los Gatos, CA, I unfortunately lost their contact information and had to try other cleaning companies but none of them came close to the quality of Hi Tech Steamer. I have used Hi-Tech Steamer once before and, as in the first instance, they did a magnificent job. The regular carpet cleaning companies don't even come close. They get out all the tough spots and make my carpet look new again. Will never use anyone else. They are not cheap but they are well worth the price.

They were on time, very reliable, and worked quickly while still doing a great job. My carpets look fresh and clean, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them to others.
