I'm very happy with the job that Tony did to stop the water leak from the exterior of the house into my bathroom and living room. It's obvious he has a wealth of experience because he was able to quickly and accurately deduce the source and reason of the leak before starting the job. He was patient in explaining to me the issue and what he would be doing first. There's a big rain storm now and I can see the water is funneling away from the house and there are no leaks after he applied waterproofing materials to the exterior and redirected the downspout from the roof gutters. Compared to other contractors I consulted, Tony was the only one that did what is needed to solve the problem and no other unnecessary work.

So glad Tony was able to come by on such short notice to help us with our doors! He got straight to work and was extremely informative during the process. Our door handles were tricky but Tony was determined and managed to get both of them working. We initially thought we'd have to replace the entire door but thankfully we didn't have to go that route. Our home had not had any painting or work done on it for over twenty years and HIBM Construction made it more then up to standard. Tony has great communication and very friendly. He simply looks out for the best of the client. I enjoyed doing business with him and and will definitely do business with HIBM Construction again.

Tony did another fairly small but important project for me today - fixing a couple sets of sliding closet doors that have not operated properly for many years. As always, he was exceptionally responsive, on-time, very tidy w the work and got the job done in a reasonable time. Highly recommend Tony! Once I contacted him, he promptly replied, made an appointment to visit and arrived few mins before time - which I appreciate. He fixed all the things I needed within an hour, ran out to get replacement switches (for which he did not charge me anything) and got the job done. Very impressed with his professionalism. Will hire him again!
