Hidden Pet Fence of Albany NY

Chris came out in the freezing cold and was able to repair a break in our fence line. He was super courteous, on time (called ahead to let me know he was on the way), and didn't mind having the dogs out on the yard while he worked. Thank you for fixing our fence Chris!

Great company and customer service! From the first time I called up through each training session everyone was wonderful. I ask a lot of questions and everyone answered them without hesitation. Charlotte is who took my initial call and followed up with me until the installation. Laurie set up the financing. And Chris did the installation and training. Each of them were absolutely wonderful to work with. Chris was so kind and patient with my dog who is extremely nervous and anxious. It’s clear that he is a dog person and my dog took to him very nicely. I would definitely recommend going with this company!

Great service and great product. I was somewhat skeptical that this fence would work for my 5 dogs, some of who are wanderers but I was wrong. This fence works very very well. Even our most adventurous dog now knows her limits and stays on the property with no problems or issues. They helped us train our dogs and whenever we had questions or needed to adjust the parameters of the fence they were extremely helpful. Great people to work with and I definitely recommend them!

We absolutely love our fence and Chris was awesome. He is very professional and was great at explaining things to us as well as how he handled our dogs. We will most definitely recommend you all to anyone who is looking into a hidden pet fence.

Chris was very personable and friendly w our dog which made our “snoopy girl” feel more comfortable! The entire experience with Chris and the office was smooth and easy. We liked the features this brand had including a warning beep!
