I had a very good experience with Vanguard. From the first time I contacted them, Joe was pleasant, informative and able to schedule my home inspection within a week. He took his time inspecting the property and explaining everything that he found, what was important and what wasn’t. He even found an issue that we completely missed that ended up requiring an estimate from a contractor. He even used a drone to assess the roofing and surrounding structures. Within a day or so, I received the full inspection report including a thermal imaging report that we used to determine that the insulation in the attic was insufficient.
