Had an amazing experience with the whole company. The owner Jeff came by and gave me a quote. He was open and seemd honest. Gave a fair price and we scheduled a date for my furnace and vent cleaning. The day of a technician Keith came to my house first thing in the morning gave me a break down of what he’s doing and how long it would take. He did an amazing job everything looks great. Keith was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain anything I asked about. He was respectful and took his time and did an amazing job. Not only will I be returning to these guys for all my HVAC work but I will be recommending to anybody and everybody in the Schenectady area!

Jeff (owner) came by the same day I called for a quote. Pricing was fair and service was top notch. Keith came and spent the whole day meticulously cleaning the ducts while explaining the whole process. He even went out of his way to give some pointers on how to make my system even more efficient. They will be getting a call from me with any future hvac/ducting needs!

This company was prompt. Did an absolutely awesome job. Not only did they clean my ducts, But they installed an ultraviolet light and serviced my furnace. I am definitely using them again.

We were having our furnace replaced and needed our ducts cleaned and some needed repairs. Rickard Duct and Cleaning were recommended to us and from start to finish, we are very satisfied with their service. Jeff was very helpful with determining what we needed done and was able to schedule us within a two week timeframe. Keith our technician was awesome! He was very thorough and did a fantastic job.
