Had a Well go down and they were quick to come out and trouble shoot it & put new pump and motor put in at a $8600.00 price tag and I've never heard such a loud pump when we were in the house we could hear that thing run. Sad part it never made a rear b4 it went out, I put a new breaker in electric panel that started to kick out often, fast forward a month while not at home and it left my wife without a well again and they came out and said well ohm'd out a dead short so they put in a new motor (Franklin) and had to change Starter Control panel at nearly $1000.00 in my opinion Franklin should have covered that because it was a confirmed failed motor that burned out from shorted pump. (Never saved that part for me to see).. I also got charged for a service call that should have been cover

Again Hiddleston came out and helped with a water issue. Friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Thank you! 2025- Once again Hiddleston has come through. Thank you technician James for being thorough and explaining everything we needed to know.

We have worked with Tom and his staff for several years when we need service for our well and pump. They are responsive and helpful. We appreciate when they guide us over the phone thru several checks that have solved an issue which avoided them needing to make a service call.

Well pump went out at 4am on a Saturday. I called the 24 hour number. Martin called back within five minutes. He came out to the house diagnosed the problem and installed a new pump. He called back the next day to make sure everything was working. Good service and value.
