Matt's Lawn Maintenance

As new residents to Mountain Home, we randomly called Matt’s Lawn Maintenance to get a quote for landscaping changes to our front yard and backyard fire pit area. Matt quickly responded to our call. He came and walked through our plans and his crew started the work within the week. Matt and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. Excellent service and pricing. Called three weeks ago to get a quote and hopefully pursue surprising my parents by getting rid of their weed problem as a Mother's day gift, initially got his voice mail and left a message. He called me back that same day and I was told that he would be by either that day or the next and would send me a quote via text. I haven't heard a single thing since then. I called back and left a message by the end of that first week when I hadn't heard anything, and again a few days later. I even got my brother to call him twice (after my second attempt with no response), and he even left a message, which has also not been responded to. If there was an issue I would have preferred being communicated with rather than ghosted, really unprofessional and concerning behavior for someone running a busin

History several times in a row now with hiring various unreliable and undependable people who required payment upfront then never finished (one never even showed at all -- other than to provide a quote and take my money with promise to come back and never did) and then wouldn't return calls -- which is precisely why decided to save up and try a professional service (Matt's) for the first time. Admittedly was really anxious and had doubts given our previous history with the other non-professional hires, but they came the very next morning after Matt called and actually completed everything exactly as promised. They did a really excellent job, too!

We use Matt’s Lawn Maintenance when my husband deploys which varies year to year but Matt and his team always get is able to fit us in somehow. They do thorough work and clean up every time leaving the lawn looking great. I highly recommend Matt and his team!!

Matt and his crew did an amazing job on my Backyard. The weeds were completely overgrown and out of control - the absolute worst. They got it done fast and did a fantastic job. Quick to respond and take the job. Highly recommend them for your lawn care needs!
