I am very happy working with Quality Restoration. I recently needed help with closing my walls after having my pipes redone. Ben Milne came out to give me an estimate, and not only did I receive a good price, but they immediately got me on their schedule. On day 1, Manny came to start working on the project. He worked very hard and got a lot done with the help of Bryan. The next two days, Ricardo came and prepped my walls, painted them, and did an amazing job. Everyone on the team was very professional and friendly, and they were all very clean—my house was spotless throughout the process. It's hard to find good, trustworthy quality nowadays, and this team truly lives up to their name. I highly recommend using Quality Restoration. Thank you for your quick turnaround and help!

My main sewage line has backed up in my upstairs bathroom, then flooded the basement with sewage water. This happened not once, but twice since I bought my home! In both instances, QRS was prompt, thorough and so incredibly tidy. They are the team that you can trust to work in your home when you’re not there, and they won’t leave demo debris all over. They work great with my insurance and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I’ve loved their service in times of disaster and I’ll definitely be using them for other major repairs and remodels. Sincerely, I cannot put my gratitude for this team into words. Highly recommend.

*** UPDATE*** July 2025. After talking with Rob I believe both the company and I had a miscommunication. I thought they would call me and they thought I would call them. I was preparing for major surgery so my mind wasn't optimal to say the least. Rob came out last month I believe and stated his company would put my room back together. The insurance is on board but now we wait just a couple months while I have another major surgery. I should not have written the review below but I was very upset at the time. We are humans and humans make mistakes. Nov 2022 this company came out the following day that I called and removed all the wet carpet, flooring and walls. They said they would return in March 2023 but never did. I was very disabled from 2 injuries and in the process of have 3 m

The guys were so patient with our insurance debacle and still did the work though they had to wait almost 2 months to get paid. They were so thorough and always friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Rob responded to our situation within an hour and a half. It was chaos and tragedy in our home. Rob responded with compassion and professionalism, detailing what would be done and how, and when. They began tending to the immediate need, then Rob and the crew continued to get the job done. They were very careful with our home, keeping it clean and safe. Anytime I had a question, Rob was readily available and got my answer on the spot. Our room looks brand new. Walls, ceiling, and carpets were replaced. I will be forever grateful for the services provided, and the quality and courtesy of Rob and his men.
