Our heat recently went out during the coldest time of the year. They came out quickly and resolved my problem at an amazing price. Will definitely be using High Efficiency Solutions for all my future HVAC needs.

Dec 2018: .Can anyone confirm if the company is still in business? I have not received a follow-up call from the website, and am unable to leave a message at the office number. It would be a shame, Dustin was a nice alternative to the faceless HVAC conglomerates. 2017 Dustin saved my bacon by doing a last minute mini-split install on the Saturday directly before a Sunday Open House. Quick, professional, personable, and reasonably priced.

Where do I start? I called Dustin on a saturday afternoon and left a message fully expecting to not hear a call back until monday sometime because of it being the weekend. Dustin returned my call shortly after I called and arranged a appointment to come out and diagnose our A/C problem. Dustin was not only punctual, he was even a little early. We were told what our problem was (dead compressor) and were given multiple options (repair, full replacement and different replacement options) and gave us his recommendation based on the age of the unit and the type of the repair needed that we replace the unit (about 13 years old) he gave us multiple detailed quotes very quickly and was very easy to reach and communicate through the ENTIRE process. Dustin has done several maintenance and repair jobs for me at my house. Every time the work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I recommend anyone with HVAC needs should give Dustin a call.

Heating and Air Conditioning is an area that I can say honestly say I knew nothing about so I was nervous when it came time to speak with a contractor.
